SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

While we will aim to deliver within 1-3 business days, please allow for 5-7 Business days to receive your order.

Please note we are UNABLE TO DELIVER TO P.O BOXES
RETURN & EXCHANGE
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact via email at oneononedsgn@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We assess returns on a case by case basis. Please note that we do not cover the shipping cost for a return and are unable to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind.
Approved exchanges will need to be in brand new, unused condition.

Due to the nature of ceramics, please expect that the finish, colour, marks and ceramic lines may vary. This is not a fault and it is a result of the natural firing or glazing process of our pieces and a showcase of individuality of each item.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at oneononedsgn@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
